The darker the night the easier it is to spot the stars. Even a little glow, no matter how small, can be spotted from galaxies away.
Do not condemn the darkness of your circumstances; for they are merely setting the stage for your talents to be seen, for your leadership to be noticed, for your glow to be spotted.
Yet it’s the same darkness that makes your glow spottable from miles away that will make you invisible if you project nothing but darkness. It will always be dark around you unless you generate some light.
Darkness will only succumb to light not to more darkness.
